DEPOSITS
We require a small non-refundable deposit to confirm your order and get you on our schedule. All deposits are applied towards your order.
For your convenience, we accept Zelle, Venmo and cash for deposits. We do not accept these apps for payment on pickup day.
Sales tax will be applied to all orders. Please note that quotes and basic prices listed on this website do not include sales tax.

PICK-UPS, SCHEDULING, LATE FEES & REFUNDS
We start pick-ups at 11 am. On some instances we can offer early pickups (before 11 am) for an additional $20.
All orders must be scheduled for pickup for efficiency and scheduling purposes.
All orders picked up more than 1/2 hour past their scheduled pickup time will be charged a $15 late pickup fee. We don’t want to charge this fee, we simply want our customers to be on time. We appreciate your understanding.
We value your business and want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase! Therefore, It is important to review your order upon pickup for accuracy and advise us, before leaving our facility, of any discrepancies or if you are not happy with your order. If someone, besides yourself, is picking up your order, please make sure they are aware of the design so they will be able to identify any discrepancies.
Bake My day will not issue refunds for discrepancies after the fact.
